Who is responsible

The controller of personal data processed through banatech.eu is Bana Technologies s.r.o., Hajnáčka 347, 980 33 Hajnáčka, Slovakia, company ID (IČO) 54 844 754. You can reach us at info@banatech.eu.

What we process and why

  • Contact form and emails. Your name, email address, company name (optional) and your message, so that we can reply and, if you wish, prepare an offer. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Technical data. When you visit the site, our hosting provider processes your IP address and request details to deliver the pages and protect the site against abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train AI models.

Who receives the data

  • Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website and processes contact form submissions.
  • Formspree, Inc. delivers contact form messages to our mailbox while our own delivery is being set up.
  • Google (Google Workspace) hosts our email.

These providers act as processors under data processing agreements. Some of them may process data outside the EU; such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and any business relationship that follows, and delete them no later than two years after our last contact, unless a contract or the law requires us to keep them longer. If a form message cannot be delivered, its content may remain in our hosting provider’s error logs for a few days so that we can recover it.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies of its own and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site against bots.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to info@banatech.eu. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava) or the authority in the EU country where you live.
